瓷是宋代汝窑烧制的青瓷统称，也是汉族传统制瓷工艺中的稀世珍品。汝窑创烧于北宋晚期，为宫廷御用瓷器。金灭北宋后，汝窑也随之消亡。汝窑以烧制青瓷，有天青、豆青、粉青诸品。汝窑的青瓷，釉中含有玛瑙，色泽青翠华滋，釉汁肥润莹亮，有“雨过天青云破处”之誉。由于烧造时间短暂，传世亦不多，在南宋时，汝瓷已经非常稀有。
