     孙中山无纪年银币属于孙中山开国纪念银币中的一种，因其而备受追捧。

     孙中山先生正面像无纪年嘉禾壹圆银币，是近代民国时期的银币，由南京造币厂于中华民国十六年（公元1927年）铸。因银币正面的孙中山先生正面肖像太高，无足够空间铸造纪年文字，故没有大规模铸行，铸额小，传世极罕，俗称孙中山像无纪年银币。

Sun Yat-sen, like a silver coin, is a famous rare silver coin in the modern Republic of China, which was cast by the Nanjing Mint in 16 (A.D. 1927). Because the positive portrait of Sun Yat-sen is too high, there is not enough space to cast the annals of words, so there is no large-scale casting, casting small, handed down very rare, commonly known as Sun Yat-sen like no silver coins.

      孙中山先生正面像无纪年嘉禾壹圆银币是近代民国时期的银币，由南京造币厂于中华民国十六年铸。因银币正面的孙中山先生正面肖像太高，无足够空间铸造纪年文字，故没有大规模铸行，铸额小，传世极罕，俗称孙中山像无纪年银币。

      孙中山无纪年银币正面的钢模为浅模，铸有孙中山先生正面免冠肖像，人物的五官和胡须较为清晰，但头发和发际线不明显。肖像的设计风格迥然不同于民国时期铸造的其它孙中山先生像银币上的孙像。银币背面设计为壹圆嘉禾图，即中上部镌“壹圆”2字，环绕嘉禾图。

由于币制混乱，临时财政部长陈锦涛，于民国元年3月11日呈文大孙中山，鼓铸1000万元银币以为整顿。图案采用国父孙中山肖像，以后的通用银币再改花纹式样。

孙中山令财政部行文，同意鼓铸纪念银币，并命令其余的通用银币新花纹，"中间应绘五谷模型，取丰岁足民之义，垂劝农务本之规"，训令财政部速制新模，分令各省造币厂照式鼓铸。不久，财政部就颁下新模给江南(南京)、湖北、广东等造币厂依式铸造，这就是"中华民国孙中山银币"的由来。
